Travel/Airport Pick-up
When arranging your travel/flight schedules, please do so with the following in
mind: we will pick you up at the airport upon arrival. Try to arrive the morning
of the starting date for the camp you have selected. If you have to arrive the evening
before call us to make sure we have room for you otherwise we will have to pick you up
at a hotel or motel in Montgomery in the morning. If you arrive at the camp the night
before we will have to charge you an additional $75 for the extra dinner, accommodations,
breakfast and lunch.
Remember that your bike is an expensive piece of machinery and if you are flying in try to borrow
or buy a good travel case to protect it or go to your favorite shop and get it put in a bike box
for free.
Flights to Alabama
Purchase your airline tickets as soon as you have decided on your camp. The designated airport pickup is
Montgomery Alabama. Please let us know if your arrival will be late (don't worry we'll still be there
for you). You can often find a better rate with just a little advanced planning.
